Vitosha Hall

Vitosha Hall is the largest conference hall at Park Hotel Vitosha. With a total capacity of 280 seats, it is ideal for large-scale business events such as conferences, congresses, symposiums, large-group trainings, and seminars. The hall is spacious and gets plenty of natural light. There is a blackout feature and zoned artificial lighting throughout the ceiling. Allows for cinematic, classroom, and P-shaped configurations. The hall has an area of 290 square metres. The space can be divided into two halls with capacities of 170 and 80 seats, respectively.

It is located in a separate building near the hotel. We can provide you and your guests with a coffee break and a working lunch in our spacious lobby. Comfortable areas with sofas or high tables are available for a coffee break, light lunch, or cocktail. You can also use the outdoor space in front of the ground-level lounge, which has direct access and views of the park.

Medium conference rooms.

Park Hotel Vitosha has three medium-sized conference rooms available for rent. Each of these rooms measures 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 60 people. They are well-equipped for presentations, seminars, workshops, and small-group training.
The three rooms each measure 70 square meters. They can accommodate up to 60 people in theatre-style arrangements, 40 in classroom-style arrangements, and 20 in P-shaped arrangements. 

The medium-sized conference rooms are located in the Park Hotel Vitosha building, on the second floor of the hotel. A smoking area and a conference bar are located near them, where we serve refreshing coffee, cold drinks and light lunch during the events. Small conference rooms

If you need an event hall in Sofia with a capacity of up to 30 people, the small conference rooms at Park Hotel Vitosha are a good choice. The hotel has six halls, each with 30 seats and a 49-square-meter area. They are appropriate for corporate training, workshops, presentations, and interviews. The interior is designed in light wood tones. The rooms can be configured in a variety of ways based on your preferences and the number of participants, including classroom, meeting, P-shaped, and L-shaped layouts.

The halls offer a view of an outdoor patio garden. They are located on the hotel’s second floor, next to the conference bar and business center. We can serve coffee or a light lunch to suit your needs. There is also an outdoor smoking area nearby.

Basic Equipment

A total of eleven comfortable leather presidential-style armchairs are arranged around a solid wood and glass table. Unobtrusive lighting improves the drinks and work areas. Large windows let in natural light, and downlights provide extra lighting in the evenings. The lounge has air conditioning and an LCD television. There is a Lavazza coffee machine (for capsules) and a small fridge with drinks to refresh you.
