Reservation by email and phone

For reservations by email or phone, you need to send an email request to: reservations@vitoshaparkhotel.com or call +359 886 806 355

providing information on guest name, length of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children (age), after which you will be provided with a price quote for accommodation by email.

Vitosha Park Hotel reserves the right to change its prices and special offers depending on demand and currently available vacancies.

Payment for the reservation made by email or phone can be made in the following ways:

on site at the hotel in leva (BGN), in cash or by credit/debit card*
by bank transfer, indicating your name and reservation number as the basis for payment

Online booking

Through the online reservation system on our website, you can make the reservation yourself by entering the mandatory parameters: period of stay, number of adults and select the available room of your choice.

Reservation of a place in the hotel

When booking a place in the hotel, it is necessary to provide information about the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children /age /, after which you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation. The accommodation offer for on-site inquiries could be provided on paper or sent by email.

Payment for a reservation made on the spot at the hotel can be made in the following ways:

on site at the hotel in leva (BGN), in cash or by credit/debit card*
by bank transfer, indicating your name and reservation number as the basis for payment

Prices

All prices announced on the hotel’s website are in Euros, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount payable by the customer for the reservation is calculated depending on the stay, occupancy and category of the room, as well as the current price offer for the relevant period.

All bank fees and transfer costs are for your account.

In the case of payments by bank transfer to an account in euros, the amount of the reservation is calculated according to the fixing of the BNB 1 euro = 1.95583 BGN.

Payment on site at the hotel

Payment at the hotel can be made in leva (BGN) in cash or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

Payments at the Reception are accepted in BGN (BGN), according to the official BNB fixing 1 euro = 1.95583 BGN.

If you require an invoice, please provide us with your company details before making payment.

CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so at:

Cancellations without penalty are possible depending on the booking policy.

When refunding a paid amount, all costs of the transfer (bank fees and others) are for your account.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Changes to reservations are accepted subject to availability and valid pricing conditions at the time the change request is received.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Check-in and check-out hours:

Check-in every day after 14:00.
Check-out by 12:00 p.m.

In case of later vacating the room / maximum until 18:00 / 30 euros is paid.

Reservations are held until midnight on the relevant day of arrival.

Pets are not accommodated.

Check-in at the hotel takes place through the presentation of personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act.
