In the event of a violation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee of 50.00 BGN without prior notice.
Check-in: every day after 14:00.
Check-out: until 12:00.
In case of late check-out /until 18:00 at the latest/ EUR 30 will be charged.
Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
If the reservation is confirmed, the guest can cancel the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date without compensation.
For confirmed reservations and cancellations received 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount for the booked stay will be charged.
If confirmed reservation and cancellation received 1 day prior to arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of a confirmed reservation, if the guest does not arrive, the entire booked stay (100%) will be charged.
