These apartments include a bedroom as well as a living room with a sofa. They are located on the tenth floor of the hotel. Their spacious balconies provide stunning views of the city or the mountains. One glance is sufficient to appreciate the beauty of Vitosha or the greenery of Student Park.

Each VIP apartment includes an LCD TV with cable television, air conditioning, central heating, a phone, and a small refrigerator. All guests have access to a coffee machine stocked with Lavazza capsules. You will not be missing anything.

The bathroom has a toilet and has all the typical amenities of a four-star hotel.

Accommodation conditions

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
    In the event of a violation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee of 200.00 EUR without prior notice.
  • Check-in: every day after 15:00.
  • Check-out: until 11:00.
  • In case of later vacating the room / maximum until 18:00 / 5.00 EUR per hour.
  • Reservations are held until 15:00 on the relevant day of arrival.
  • If the reservation is confirmed, the guest can cancel the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date without compensation.
  • For confirmed reservations and cancellations received 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount for the booked stay will be charged.
  • If confirmed reservation and cancellation received 1 day prior to arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged.
  • In case of a confirmed reservation, if the guest does not arrive, the entire booked stay (100%) will be charged.
