From June 9th to 15th Park Hotel Vitosha will be the venue for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) course, organized jointly by FIABCI - Bulgaria and the National Association of Realtors of USA. The course focuses on the international real estate market and the international real estate transactions. It is subdevided into the following sessions:

CIPS International Real Estate for Local Markets - June 9th

CIPS Insittute: Europe - June 10th

CIPS Institute: Asia/Pacific - June 11th

CIPS Institute: Finance/Investment Analysis - June 13-14th

CIPS Institute: Americas - June 15th

The instructors for the course are among the best in the world.

During the course there will a Welcome party, a traditional Bulgarian dinner, a one-day country tour to an attractive Bulgarian destination and a Farewell cocktail.
