CONCEPT

VITOSHA Park Hotel guests and visitors can avail of five small training conference rooms, equipped to host events for up to 30 seated attendees such as company trainings, business meetings, presentations, interviews and workshops.
Each conference room boasts its own unique image, suited to meet both, the technological and psychological demands of the training process. Communication and perception are enhanced by the comforting interior, nicely finished in light timber colours and creative decoration.
Lighting is appreciated as an essential component of the working process and as such has been carefully selected – the conference rooms enjoy abundant sunlight, black-out blinds are available as well as in-room controller of the low-intensity artificial lighting.
The lay-out and furniture arrangement allow multifunctionality of the conference room set-ups, the most common ones being classroom type, boardroom type, U and L-shaped type, etc.


Location

The small training conference rooms are situated on the second mezzanine floor overlooking the open inner garden.
The Business Center and Conference Bar are conveniently positioned on the same floor to maximize your comfort and facilitate your work, which is the ultimate goal of VITOSHA Park Hotel’s team.  You have an easy access to all business services and the opportunity to enjoy some of the finger food and drinks available.
There are smoking and non-smoking recess areas.


Main Equipment

The furniture, fit-out and equipment of the conference rooms in VITOSHA Park Hotel was supplied by leading manufacturers, recognized in Europe and worldwide for their modern solutions and high-quality natural materials.
In line with their main designation, the training conference rooms are equipped with individual working stations – sets of office desk with mobile counter and comfortable chair.  
Professional sound system and presentation screen are available to use.
